Scenic, historic Steilacoom is Washington State’s oldest incorporated town (1854). The Nathaniel Orr home (1857) contains original furnishings and artifacts. The Museum focus is the 1850-1900 period with permanent and special exhibits. Bair Drug (1895) displays early-day post office, hardware, patent medicines, and a working 1906 marble soda fountain.
